Ordinance 228, (passed 6-12-1964), in 151.111 (A) Planning Commission
A Planning Commission to administer the details of the application of the regulations, restrictions, and limitations provided by the zoning plan herein adopted, is hereby created.
Where Do the Ordinances of Riverlea Apply?
District Boundaries. There is hereby established an Architectural District which shall include all lots within the area of the corporate boundaries of the Village of Riverlea, as established from time to time.
How Does a person get permission to build, alter or add-on to their home?
Persons considering additions or alterations should contact the Village Clerk/Treasurer. All plans must be reviewed and approved by the Planning Commissioner and the Planning Commission prior to building permit application.
