WHEREAS, Council for the Village having determined that it has become necessary further to alter the 2009 Appropriation for the Village in certain funds thereof in order to permit expenditures that will fund fully certain activities of the Village, provided that such alteration will not cause the appropriations for such accounts and funds to exceed the official estimate of resources, all for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009;
Now, Therefore, Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Riverlea, State of Ohio, a majority thereof concurring:
Section l. Amendment of Ordinance No. 08-2008. That Ordinance 08-2008, the annual Appropriation Ordinance of the Village for the year ending December 31, 2009, is hereby amended by making the following amendments to the following identified accounts and program s in the General Fund, to increase the same as follows:
Section 3. Effective Date. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the earliest date allowed by law after its passage.
Section 4. Publication. That pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 731.25, the Council of the Village of Riverlea hereby determines that publication of this Ordinance in a newspaper is unnecessary and does hereby determine that this Ordinance shall be published by posting copies hereof in the five following places which are determined to be the five most public places in the Village of Riverlea, Ohio:
