93.40 Definitions.
For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
Litter: Includes any garbage, waste, peeling of vegetables or fruits, rubbish, ashes, cans, bottles, wire, paper, cartons, boxes, parts of automobiles, wagons, furniture, glass, oil or anything else which would present a danger to the public health, safety or welfare where located.
Noxious Weeds: Includes any undesireable vegetation which has grown to a height in excess of 6 inches or which are about to spread or mature seeds.
93.41 Prohibitions.
No owner, lessee, agent, tenant or any other person having charge of land in this village, shall permit noxious weeds to grow or litter to accumulate therein, nor shall such person fail to cut weeds or remove litter when notified by the Mayor or a Mayors representative to do so.
