Planning Commission Archived Meeting Minutes
District Boundaries. There is hereby established an Architectural District which shall include all lots within the area of the corporate boundaries of the Village of Riverlea, as established from time to time.

How Does a person get permission to build, alter or add-on to their home?

Persons considering additions or alterations should contact the Village Clerk/Treasurer. All plans must be reviewed and approved by the Planning Commissioner and the Planning Commission prior to building permit application. The Building and Planning Commission meets monthly, usually the second Monday of the month, pending the need to meet. They do not do building inspection, only architectural review and zoning compliance.

Planning Commission meetings are held on the second Monday each month at 7:00 pm, pending the need to meet. The Planning Commission does not do building inspection, only architectural review and zoning compliance. All Village residents are welcome and encouraged to attend the meetings.
